Express Claim Service

Acadia provides Express Claim Service for all claims reported during normal business hours. You may report your claim to your agent, or to Acadia’s Claim Department:

24-Hour Serious Claim Service

What is a serious claim?
A serious claim is any event that involves a death, a severe injury such as a loss of a limb, a fuel spill, or property damage that impacts the operation of your business.

What should I do if I have a serious claim?

During Normal Business Hours: The loss should be reported by phone directly to your insurance agent. Your agent will promptly fax Acadia or phone a report of the loss to Acadia.

A loss may also be reported directly to Acadia’s Claim Department, at 888-325-0056 (claims) or at 800-773-4300 (switchboard). The switchboard is open 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and 7:30 am to 4:30 pm on Friday.

After Normal Business Hours or on Weekends: Report the serious loss to Acadia by calling 800-691-4966. The Message Service will have Acadia’s Serious Claim Service Adjuster contact you promptly.

Glass Repair and Replacement Claims

Acadia Insurance will waive your deductible if your damaged glass can be safely repaired, rather than replaced. Acadia Insurance encourages glass repair only when it is safe to do so.

To report glass claims: Call 888-325-0056 to report a claim. A claim service representative will ask you a series of questions to determine if your windshield is repairable.
