• Where do I find my billing statement?

Acadia policyholders can also access their billing statements by registering for MyAcadia, our online customer portal.

• What payment options are available?

•Pay On-Line by clicking on the Pay My Bill link above and providing your bank account number and bank routing number.

•Pay by Phone by calling 1-800-870-1170 x. 8571 and providing your bank account number and bank routing number to one of our Billing employees.

•Pay by Check or Money Order with the remittance stub from your bill by mailing your payment to Acadia Insurance Company, P.O. Box 789680, Philadelphia, PA 19178-9680.

•Pay by Check or Money Order without the remittance stub from your bill by mailing your payment to Acadia Insurance Company, PO Box 9010, Westbrook, ME 04098-5010.

•Pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please contact our Billing Department for further information on availability.

•Overnight or Express Mail Payments by check or money order should be sent to Acadia Insurance Company, Attn: Billing, 1 Acadia Commons, Westbrook, ME 04092.

• What types of installment plans do you offer?

Here is a list of installment plans and account premium eligibility requirements for the plans. Click here.

• What types of fees may be assessed on my account?

• Installment fees are assessed for pay plans with multiple installments. No installment fee is charged on the first installment. After the first installment, $6 is charged per installment.

• Late fees are assessed if your policy is paid after the due date. These fees vary by state but do not exceed $15 per policy.

• Reinstatement fees are assessed if your policy goes into pending cancellation status due and is later reinstated. These fees are $25 per policy.

• Not Sufficient Funds fees are assessed if your payment does not clear the bank due to inadequate funds being available. The fee is $25 per payment returned.

• Do you offer seasonal billing options?

Yes. Please refer to our customer installment plans for the various seasonal billing pay plan options. Workers’ compensation policies are not eligible for seasonal pay plans.

• Do you offer any special payment plans for policies subject to audit?

Yes. For workers’ compensation policies subject to audit, we offer a monthly billing option based on actual payroll. We are in the process of expanding our billing options and expect to add a billing option based on payroll cycles in the near future.
