• Installment fees are assessed for pay plans with multiple installments. No installment fee is charged on the first installment. After the first installment, $6 is charged per installment.
• Late fees are assessed if your policy is paid after the due date. These fees vary by state but do not exceed $15 per policy.
• Reinstatement fees are assessed if your policy goes into pending cancellation status due and is later reinstated. These fees are $25 per policy.
• Not Sufficient Funds fees are assessed if your payment does not clear the bank due to inadequate funds being available. The fee is $25 per payment returned.
Yes. Please refer to our customer installment plans for the various seasonal billing pay plan options. Workers’ compensation policies are not eligible for seasonal pay plans.
Yes. For workers’ compensation policies subject to audit, we offer a monthly billing option based on actual payroll. We are in the process of expanding our billing options and expect to add a billing option based on payroll cycles in the near future. Please contact our Premium Audit Department to discuss the eligibility for this payment plan at or 1-800-870-1170 x.5728.
Yes, we offer paperless billing to registered MyAcadia portal users. To sign up, log in to MyAcadia. Go to your User Profile and select Paperless Billing On.
