Community Involvement
Acadia Insurance supports local communities throughout the Northeast.
At Acadia, we are committed to supporting the communities in which our employees work and live. In addition to financial support, we provide paid working time for our employees to volunteer at local nonprofit organizations..
In 2010, Acadia Insurance donated a combined total of $148,450 and 945 employee hours to local communities throughout the Northeast.
Our giving is focused on educational programs and activities that result in long-term sustainability. We specifically support educational programs that strengthen our local communities and that support the Arts and Health & Well Being.

We believe Health & Well Being is the key to a balanced and happy lifestyle. That is why we support organizations with educational programs that help communities combat hunger, homelessness, or provide health education and prevention awareness. |
Recent Community Involvement
- January 4 - The Acadia Maine branch presented a donation to Winter Kids.
- December 28 - The Acadia Maine branch presented a grant check to Dress For Success.
- November 30 - The ClarkAdians choir group (Clark Insurance & Acadia Insurance) performed at the Maine Mall to benefit the Salvation Army.
